「it was a very irresponsible service, where I made the booking on 27th October for 11th December, 45 days prior (booking confirmation 133489232195). Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...

Staff who are lovely couples regular attend for further needs. Spacious room with fantastic decoration, outside garden is like a mini jungle. Great safari trip arranged by hotel leading by a nice guide, great experience of visiting national park nearby within 5 mins driving. Surprising hotel at this price range. definitely recommended! 」

「選擇這個飯店 主要是因為要去附近的 Udawale 看大象safari . 飯店離國家公園很近 wifi的速度也不錯 但是 室內有蠻多螞蟻. 聽說這家飯店是附近最新的飯店了 .飯店的人員也可以用英文溝通 總而言之 我沒有什麼抱怨 但如果不是要去 Udawale 國家公園 應該不會特別再回來了 」
