They failed to respond to any of my messages and nobody was there to check us in. We had to book a different hotel or we wouldn't have had anywhere to stay.

The location of this property is excellent, close to the old town square and shopping. The host was nice and easy to communicate. However, the apartment was not very clean, the couch was full of stains and cigarette burns, one of the bedroom sheets was dirty, the floors were dirty. Definitely needs some TLC.

It was the worst i have ever experienced. I paid for the apartment but the owner had accommodated other guests in Apartment Dositejeva and did not accept my reservation with excuse that she did not read the confirmation email from hotels.com. After that she rejected my phone calls and i was left on street in middle of night.

一週間滞在しました。鍵の受け渡しが必要です。共和国広場から数分と、どこへ行くにも便利です。バスターミナルまで徒歩20分ぐらいでした。 部屋は清潔で、一度、部屋のクリーニングをしてくれました(今回忘れられてたけど指摘したら後日してくれました)。 ちなみに、石鹸、シャンプーなどのアメニティはありません。調味料は砂糖と潮はありました。私はアパートメントタイプに泊まるのですが、三角コーナーのネットがあると便利だと思ってます。
