「This hotel short of staff and no instructions to assist late check in. actually it's 7pm. We spent 1 hour to find out how to check in. it's totally unacceptable and unsatisfied. Not house keeping for the second night stay and no blanket in the room. Won't book this hotel anymore for my next trip for this hotel.」

「The host was waiting for us, even the key had our name :)
The location was very convenient to enjoy what old Belgrade has to offer within walking distance.
The room was impeccable, the bed, bath, pillows, blankets, etc. all very comfortable!」

「The unit itself is great, location is awesome, comfortable beds and linen etc. It is spacious for 2 people, but once you pull out the sofa in the living room, there is no space for luggage. Not convenient if you have heavy luggage as you have to carry it to 2/3 floor to get on the elevator. Also, it is in the pedestrian area, so there is a bit of walking since the car can’t pull to the building.」
