Such friendly and helpful staff. I arrived near midnight and they couldn’t have been more welcoming. Huge room, great shower and comfy bed. Would def stay here again if I’m in Belfast.

Wonderful hotel

Excellent hotel accommodation clean room & bathroom, the staff are outstanding in this hotel can't compliment them enough they made my stay very very pleasant indeed so helpful and kind in everything they did ,my compliments so many things to do and see so close by most of witch you can easily reach on foot,i realy enjoyed my stay hear and will be back . A very happy stay

Very pleasant stay. Despite being in a student area of the city, there was no noise at all heard from the room and a very pleasant atmosphere around the place. Everything clean and tidy, staff were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay with excellent service

The overall stay was great, the bed was super comfy and the customer service was very welcoming. Went the extra mile to get us transfers for our ferry and also held our luggage all day after checkout whilst we did the Giants Causeway day trip.

Personnel absolument adorable. On a eu des nouvelles serviettes déposées devant la porte tous les matins. La douche manque juste d'un endroit où poser le savon, le shampoing etc et bien que jolie, ça éclabousse pas mal. Idéalement situé. Je recommande.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you!! Room was spotless and had plenty of room for two people. My room was ungraded for free which was an excellent touch. Only fault was that food was unavailable on a Monday and Tuesday which was a slight inconvenience

Check in was excellent staff very friendly, pleasant and efficient. Room was upgraded, very spacious and comfortable. Room and hotel was very clean. Dining room is spacious, well laid out with a buffet area and hot breakfast ordered at your table. Good selection of programmes available on tv. Adjacent to most services such as Restaurants, bars, pharmacy and local shops. On street parking available. Overall experience was very positive.

Poor management response to a sleepless night

A friendly front of house and good breakfast but unfortunately that is where it ended for us. We were put in a second floor room right underneath their plant room (assumed AC). As we couldn’t sleep with the whirring sound of other peoples AC we asked for another room but unfortunately had no other rooms on the night. We were upfront and honest with the reception who apologised and said they would bring it to the attention of management. They even came to the room and agreed it was an unacceptable noise. Management not interested - we were happy with paying for board but requested if they could review a reasonable goodwill on the basis we had no sleep. Response was blunt saying the room is fine, and didn’t even get a direct email. Also to note that whilst they advertise the neighbouring pub menu in the rooms, they do not allow you to take a drink away into your room. I did ask if it was allowed, as we wanted a drink after a meal out elsewhere. After first getting it confirmed by reception you could, when going to order in the bar, they were rude and claimed to be nothing to do with the hotel, so could not order a drink. Would not stay again on this basis and a warning for people positioned on the second floor.
