Dear Guest, It was unfortunate that the property next door was under renovation during your stay, however, the hours worked are from 8.30 AM until 5PM, and as you confirmed, the property and workers there are not under my ownership/management any more so than yours, there for I’m in no position to tell them what to do or not do. I have no other complaints from the other guests in the apartments above where you stayed. You phoned me about 10 times each day, each time I tried to speak, you shouted over me. I called in person, but I again could not have a reasonable conversation with you, therefor I have no choice but to leave. You have again phoned me today after you have left, If you continue to phone me, I will have to report this matter with the authorities.
