A fantastic apartment, very safe and secure. Very cleana and spacious, set in a very accessible area a shirt walk to the centre or excellent transport links. Local amenities were brilliant also. An excellent stay and would recommend to anyone.

Close enough to city centre to walk or bus stops close by. Had everything we needed (just a few more hangers!), provided tea, coffee sugar etc. Nicely decorated and plenty of room. Close to local coop and restaurants.

Awesome home stay

I'm travelling a lot and I rarely do reviews. But at this time I can say only this: is a perfect accommodation for business or family trip in Belfast.

The property itself was great, great location, good facilities and clean and good repair however there was a group of youngsters upstairs having parties which meant we had no sleep. We contacted the landlord the once and went up 4 times. The party on Saturday night went all night ( bar 10.28-1.34 as they were out partying at those times) and was still going when we vacated the property at 10.30 am. We chose this property due to it being a residential area stipulating no partying and having children with us, we wanted to ensure they could sleep.

Great place to stay...

Great apartment and a real home from home feeling. Good parking, close to transport if needed. Really good selection of food places close by. The owners are lovely. Defo stay again when I'm in Belfast. Great shower and comfy beds. All mod cons and very clean.

Good communication, clean apartment.

Easy communication for check in, easy to find, near Queens University. The upstairs occupants were very noisy. The bed wasn’t the greatest. Very clean place and worked well for our family

Nice apt situated close to town

We were only in Belfast for one night but would have been happy to have stayed longer. The apt was clean and accommodated our family of 5. It was a little tricky getting into the building but the owner was available by phone to help us.

A good value, well located near Museum/bot. garden

I was very pleased to have a full kitchen, washing machine. It was spacious and comfortable.

No staff - couldn't get in

Arrived at property after a long drive and there was nobody there to let me in. Discovered an email that I hadn't seen saying I needed to phone in advance to be able to get in. Luckily I have an international plan on my cell phone. Nonetheless, nobody answered the phone and I had to arrange for other accommodations with Expedia, and was not charged for this one. BTW, these apartments are located in a lower middle-class working neighborhood, not particularly convenient for walking to tourist destinations, but street parking is plentiful.

The accommodation was good. Clean tidy everything you need. Unfortunately we were on the first floor and our upstairs neighbors came home at 4 am and proceeded to yell scream and be abusive. The back metal staircase/fire escape is right outside the bedroom window and there's a back gate which they were using. The next night I believe new people moved in and decided to have a party with taxis arriving with friends. They then went out but returned sometime in the early hours and sat outside,probably to have a cigarette, on the back steps right outside our bedroom window. Party started again at 6.00
