I had a wonderful time staying at Kadriye Sarp Otel with my family. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, & extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Tobi, who was super helpful & made our experience even better..we are truly grateful for that.The property was clean, well maintained & in a very convenient location with shopping places nearby. Overall.. we were very happy with our stay & would gladly return again.

Front desk was amazing and so accommodating. Made us feel welcome and also organised a airport transfer at 3am in the morning for us - shows how they are willing to do the best for their customers. Absolutely amazing and I would definitely stay again.

Receptionist was rude

Our pre arrival communication questions we asked over the phone was absolutely terrible, the receptionist was rude, told us she didn’t have time to speak to us because of a shift change and her attitude was just rude! I really wanted to cancel our stay but had pre paid and couldn’t get a refund so we stayed anyway. The receptionist rudeness though really did spoil the excitement of flying from Izmir to Antalya on a trip to meet and surprise our family and grandchildren staying at Land of Legends nearby. I understand hotels have policies but their customer service really does need addressing. That said, when we arrived the staff we met were very welcoming. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Location was good for Land of legends and took a 10 minute walk.

Poor customer service at reception I stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by the receptionist named Faiza. She raised her voice in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner when I simply asked for assistance. I also requested help with my luggage, but she claimed that no one was available to assist, which I found unacceptable. This lack of courtesy and support was disappointing and does not reflect the level of service I expected.

At the first day I open the sheet to sleep I found hair on the mattress the second day we went to the beach the staff at the beach asked for coupon we told him that they didn’t inform us that we should bring coupon or should we pay .Moreover when we asked the third day at the reception the madam at the counter said that we are half board so we are not eligible to have coupon when I told her that it was not clear while booking that we should pay when we go to the beach , she provided us with two coupon and telling us that it is the last time she will give Location excellent , water and drinks were provided all the time Food sometimes was excellent sometimes fair no variety of food

Das zimmer war so heruntergekommen und ekelhaft. Man hat sich geekelt auf toilette zu gehen. Es lagen Haare auf dem bett, kissen und auf der bettdecke. Schimmel im badezimmer, extrem verkalktes weißes wasser, staub und Haare lagen auf dem boden, dreckige fenster. Der pool war so dreckig obwohl kein mensch am pool war. Wir hatten 6 Nächte für zwei erwachsene und ein baby reserviert aber sind nach einer Nacht abgehauen, da ich das meiner familie nicht antun konnte. Der Herr an der Rezeption meinte am abend der Anreise dass alle zimmer ausgebucht sind als ich nach ein anderes Zimmer gefragt hatte. Als wir dann auschecken wollten und ich den grund genannt habe hieß es " hätten sie etwas gesagt dann hätten wir die zimmer gewechselt". Ist ja nicht so dass er mir sagte dass das hotel ausgebucht ist. Ich verstehe die menschen nicht, die in diesem hotel bleiben und gute bewertungen abgeben und Wieso expedia mit solchen hotels zusammen arbeitet und nichts nach kontrolliert. Es sollte eine Entschädigung dafür geben

Tam bir aile oteli

Küçük bir aile oteli , beklentiniz ultra lüks değilse harika bir tatil geçirebilirsiniz. Konumu cok merkezi, her yere yakın. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve yardımseverlerdi. Özellikle, 0-14 yaş grubunda çocukların havuz keyfini doya doya yaşayabileceği bir ortam var. Herkes aile olduğundan çocukların kaynaşması cabuk oluyor ve onlar havuzda eğlenirken sen de güzel bir şekilde dinleniyorsun. Deniz isteyene ise Belek Halk Plajını tavsiye ederim. Çok yakında olduğundan biz öğlene kadar denizde kalıp öğleden sonra otelin havuzuna giriyorduk. Her şey için teşekkürler
