"We have just returned from our stay at Club Hotel and had a nice holiday. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and mountain views. The rooms were comfortable with air condition. The hotel is spread across several accommodation blocks. We stayed in Block B, which has recently been renovated. Our room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully finished. It's worth noting that Block B does not have a lift, whereas Block A1 does, so guests with mobility concerns may wish to request a room there. As with any newly renovated building, there were a few minor issues in our room, but these were resolved quickly and efficiently by Sevgi ( a special THANK YOU), from Customer Relations, who was always visible around the hotel, checking that guests were happy and ensuring everything was running smoothly. She was friendly, and quick to resolve any issues, no matter how small. The hotel has two excellent pool areas. The quieter pool at the rear of the hotel is perfect for relaxing, and we always found plenty of sunbeds available. The main pool, located near the restaurant, has water slides, daily entertainment, and is close to the beach snack bar. The private beach is few minutes' walk from the hotel and it is reached via an underpass. The sea is crystal and mainly pebbles and stones,so I recommend bringing beach shoes to enter and leave the sea. Overall, Club Hotel is a mid range hotel with all inclusive. It is clean with relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning in the future"
