"Perfect location and staff . I thought I had a problem with the air conditioning (in reality, I hadn't realized that Greece uses a smart system that prevents the AC from running if the windows are open); I called, and they answered immediately in English and resolved the issue. I used the kitchen to prepare a few meals and make a latte in the morning, which I enjoyed on the patio overlooking the pomegranate tree. There is very convenient, shaded on-site parking. Supermarkets, bakeries, and one of Sivota's best restaurants are just 200–300 meters away. The beaches are within walking distance along a mostly flat route. In short: excellent value for money, and I would stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. P.S. I believe a renovation is planned—specifically for the bathrooms, which were the only part that wasn't perfect (though still more than adequate). Traveling as a couple by motorcycle. Frazie e arrivederci"

"Absolutely breathtaking , a true gem in Sivota! I travel quite a lot, and I can honestly say that our stay at Deamaris Sivota Luxury Boutique Hotel was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences we’ve had. The rooms are absolutely stunning, elegant, beautifully designed, and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. In fact, this was one of the cleanest and most immaculate places I have ever stayed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. And the scenery is simply breathtaking. One of the most incredible things about our room was being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the comfort of our bed. Waking up to those views and ending the day watching the sunset was truly magical. The entire property has such a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and the location is perfect for enjoying the beauty of Sivota. The hospitality was just as impressive as the hotel itself. The owners and staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The combination of luxury, cleanliness, breathtaking scenery, attention to detail, and exceptional hospitality is hard to beat. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. If you are visiting Sivota, do yourself a favor and stay at Deamaris. You will not be disappointed! 🇬🇷❤️"

"We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. The highlight of this property is the breathtaking view. From the two balconies, you can enjoy panoramic views of the sea from two different directions, making every morning and evening truly unforgettable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location is ideal for discovering some of the most beautiful places in northwestern Greece. During our stay, we visited Parga, took a boat trip to the stunning islands of Paxos and Antipaxos, explored the crystal-clear waters of the Acheron River, and visited the peaceful Holy Monastery of Saint Nilos. It was the perfect base for experiencing the best of the Epirus region. A special thank you to Theodhoris, who was an exceptional host. He was warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for spectacular views, a peaceful atmosphere, and an excellent location for exploring this beautiful part of Greece. We are already looking forward to coming back again!"

"It is a beautiful setting. The hotel is relatively small but the villas are nicely placed and the pool and bar areas are very nice. The sea is very pleasant with a fine rocky almost sandy beach easily accessible. Sun loungers on the beach are not available but there are enough sun loungers in the surrounding spaces with a sea view so that is OK. There were no water sports eg kayaking available although the hotel next door has a couple of paddleboards you can hire. The sea swimming area is pretty and warm, fine for most but if you like a bigger sea swim you do end up in boat lane traffic after 50 to 100 metres. Very relaxing. Great breakfast and food if a little pricey. Local village is very sweet and renting a boat there is easy. No massage or spa. No real activities to speak of. Very hilly site. But if you just want somewhere clean relaxing with a nice pool, a good view and easy access to the sea, it hits the spot."
