The property is in a dreadful state, decking is dangerous with nails coming out, pool was not working, linen was torn in numerous places. The property is seriously neglected and needs work.

Weekend away

The site was advertised as a completely different experience to what was encountered. A standalone chalet, with no coffee or anything with a separate kitchen in a different unit. The site made me believe it was part of the Marriot Hotel. No wifi was encountered, no fridge etc to the unit. It is all free-standing. It is not at all as it seems in the pictures or the description on the site.

Very nice unit next to a golf course

We went there to play golf on the course which is absolutely superb. It was difficult to get in as we didn't see the chalet number on the app at first - look carefully as it doesn't say 'chalet number', just the number! Staff were excellent. Food in the restaurant is very good and not expensive. We had a lot of ants in our unit which I know isn't unusual in S Africa but it would have helped to have had some Ant Killer somewhere. The safe in our room was locked shut meaning we had to take our valuables everywhere with us. The staff allowed us to check out a little later after our golf which was much appreciated. No wifi available which wasn't a problem for us for one night.
