Excellent stay with good attention from staff. However the menu at the restaurant was poor compared with our June 2024 stay, needs to be improved

A memorable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel du Lac. Excellent service and great restaurant. Clean and Perfect AC. Our special thanks to Mourad and his team at the reception and Ammer and his restaurant team for the great service and top class cuisine. Incidentally the hotel does have an elevator, please correct your description which says there isn’t one

Propre, situé tout près du centre ville. Personnel courtois, serviable. Peut etre est ce dû à une situation exceptionnelle, mais notre chambres, deux journées successives n' a pas été faite à temps: demande faite le matin à 9h30, on arrive vers 16h, chambre pas prête.

pour être honnête, c’est l’un des meilleurs hôtels de la région grâce a l’accueil du personnel et surtout le calme ! L’avantage par rapport aux hôtels , ou résidence à proximité l’hôtel du lac est bien situé loin du bruit , loin de l’odeur dégagée par les voitures ! L’hôtel donne sur une vue magnifique des montagnes ! Et c’est avec grand plaisir que j’y retournerai bientôt !

Très bon et beau séjour à l'hôtel du lac à Bejaïa. Le personnel est très agréable et particulièrement à votre écoute. La propreté est irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner bien fourni. A proximité des arrêts de bus pour se rendre au centre ville où pour des destinations plus éloignées comme Melbou ou même Constantine. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un sejour en amoureux ou en famille.
