The hotel is decent regard the good price. The room and the entire hotel are very clean. The persons are freindly and the service is great. I would come back in the future.

全体的に従業員の方の気遣いに心温まる宿でした。 特にタクシーを呼んでいただく際の丁寧な対応に感心。 英語は通じませんでしたがコミュニケーションをうまく取ろうと努力していただいているのが伺えました。 以前の中国旅行ではあまり見たことのなかった従業員の方の笑顔も見れて、人の優しさを感じた旅行になりました。

Affordable, comfortable, but know a little Chinese
The hotel is located within a 15 minute walk of the Line 2 Jishuitan subway station. The staff was courteous and helpful but it would help a lot if you know some Chinese. There are no western fast food locations nearby, so the nearest breakfast at a McDonald's is a train stop away at Xizhimen. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll stay here again.

Okay for the price, but not for everyone
This is a decent Chinese hotel, but it may not be that comfortable to international travelers. Like many Chinese hotels, the plumbing in my bathroom was not great, and the bathroom smelled a bit. There was no partition for a shower in bathroom either, so water went all over the toilet, sink, etc. There is no fresh drinking water stocked in the hotel room, nor is there a refrigerator in the room. During temperatures over 90F in Beijing, the air conditioning unit was not particularly effective, and my room usually did not get below 85F even with the AC on blast for hours. The location is also a bit tricky to find on your own, especially if you do not speak or read Chinese. However the hotel is clean and quiet, and the price is very affordable.

Great hotel close to downtown Beijing.
It's not easy to find the place, plus, the surrounding area is kind of old. Other than those, everything is perfect. It's close to the downtown, close to a subway station, you can find some convenient stores and restaurants nearby.

Don't
Too far away from the subway station. Had to walk approximately 15 minutes to get there from the hotel. It was a disaster for me when I had to walk that long distance while carrying my luggage. Also, the hotel is located in a small and dark street that does not look safe at all. If you're travelling alone, I would not recommend you to stay here (Especially if you are a lady).

Hotellet var super hyggeligt og rent! Personalet var søde og høflige, desværre snakker de ikke engelsk, men har en telefon hvor man kan oversætte på. Hotellet kan klart anbefales.

이 가격에 3박의 여정을 잘 즐길 수 있어서 좋았다. 위치는 번화가 쪽이 아닌데다가 골목이 후미져서 밤에는 살짝 무서웠다. 10월 말쯤에 다녀왔는데, 북경 날씨가 추워서 밤에 잘 때 추웠다. 객실과 화장실에 있는 라디에이터는 완전 겨울부터 틀어준다하셔서 긴팔과 양말을 챙겨입고 잤었다.. 와이파이는 잘 터졌고, 객실 청소도 잘 해 주셨다. 딱 잠만 잤어가지고 다른 편의시설을 구경 못해본게 아쉬웠다. p.s) 체크인할 때 보증금으로 500元이 필요하니 현금 준비해가시길! 보증금은 체크아웃할 때 돌려드립니다.

værelset var fint og rengøringen tilfredsstillende. Området var centralt tæt på både busser og metro, hvilket gjorde det nemt at komme rundt i byen. Dog havde vi besvær med at finde hotellet og først med hjælp fra lokalbefolkningen fandt vi vores hotel. Servicen på hotellet var fin og meget elskværdig og de hjalp også til at få løst de problemer der opstod undervejs. Det skal siges at der ligger en skole tæt på og man derfor oplever at blive vækket af skoleklokken og morgensamlingen.

Do not stay here...
This hotel is dirty and poorly managed. Do not stay here. It is cheap and the neighborhood is cool, but I think you can do better for the same amount of money or just a little bit more. The rooms was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like stale smoke, so much so that it was in the towels. The room was dirty, and it looked like there were bugs that had been squished on the walls and never removed. I went to retrieve a sock from under the bed and it was filthy. They have no food, even though they advertise it and have a dining area...and there is a bar that is open with the lights and heat turned on, but every time we tried to get a drink there, we were told it was closed, in spite of a big luminated sign at the entrance of the hotel advertising that it is open every day at 6 PM. At first glance, the hotel is cute from the lobby, but the rooms are not nice and the beds are hard. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Nice hotel but kind of hard to find.
The staff could not locate my reservation, there was a lot of confusion, if I did not have a native Chinese speaker with me, I am not sure if they would have checked me in. Also, this was very hard to find, again, if I had not been with someone talking to the cab driver, we never would have found it.

Aufenthalt angenehm. Ruhige Lage in Seitenstrasse, wo abends Garküchen aufgestellt werden und lange gegegessen wird. Hotel sauber und zweckmässig. Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig (Überschwemmung nach Dusche, am WC-Papier wird gespart...). Kein englischsprechendes Personal aber freundlich. U-Bahnstation sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Just don't.
My only 2 search categories: close to airport & transfers. Neither were the case. 1 hour away from airport. We were supposed to get breakfast included & had to actually beg for a piece of bread & water. The reception phone rang loudly alllllllllll night long through the paper thin walls. Their Visa Machine didn't work & we had to go get cash. .... despite the fact we pre paid & arrived by 400 over priced taxi at 4am. :(. We Had to walk our bags up 2 flights of stairs despite the fact only 3?? Other rooms were booked out. No balcony. No mini bar as stated. Just a brutal experience. Nothing to close. Located on a very out of the way/Sketchy alley. Pay the extra & stay @ Marriott :)
