很不错的一家酒店
酒店的房间跟我在万豪住的行政客房布置差不多，很宽敞、很舒适，性价比很高。酒店的位置也不错，对面就是前门大街、鲜鱼口和大栅栏食街，出门就是地铁口。

位置真的不方便, 　坐出租車回酒店, 師傅都找不到... 酒店雖然很漂亮,設施挺好的, 但到了晚上什麼都沒有.... 除非你是想住在酒店裡不大出門, 不然不建議住這裡.....

這是ㄧ個硬件設備環境很棒的酒店，但位置真的真的真的 不好， 很不方便，叫出租車 可能要半小時，而且回酒店時 出租車也都找不到這酒店，真是可惜，我是不會再去住了

除了位置没有什么可挑剔的，我找了差不多 6 ，7 辆出租车，没有一个司机懂去，连地图上都没有这酒店的位置，到最后一个好心司机打电话回酒店要酒店职员指引才勉强到路口。当然酒店在繁忙时间（check in／out）在增加人手调配上改善下（我退房时，一个前台人员工作，令我花了近半小时），那就近乎完美了。下次我会继续入住的。

location for leasuire
Hotel location is hiden in the hiring which is not easy to find. Hotel nears Tien An Mein and Temple of Heaven etc...which maybe good for leasuire travel. Hotel facilities are pretty new, but just like many newly built Chinese hotels, lack of details or user friendly issues can be seen in the hotel facilities. services is reasonable reasonable friendly.

全部都可以接受，只是位置不太清楚，的士司機都不太清楚位置，房間空調不是太足夠！

酒店硬件很好，定的花园房，升级到了商务房。细节还有待改善，浴缸坏了两次，无法下水。周边到了晚上什么也没有。

· 订的房型没有了，所以升级到了套房，不知是不是因为这样所以前台的服务人员态度好像不是很热情。 · 房间很大很好，硬件设备各方面都不错，但是窗帘不是电动的（还是说我没有找到开关？） · 淋浴间的门无法完全闭合 · 梳妆台的凳子上还有几根头发没有打扫干净，棉签的包装是被打开过的但是没有更换，这些还待改进吧 · 礼宾部的工作人员比较热情，走的时候去一个比较近的地方嘀嘀打车没有司机接单，工作人员走到外面帮忙打了个车进来

Service useless like teats on a nun, room okay.
The hotel had no record of our booking when we were trying to check in (which might also be this booking website's fault). Took five people one and a half hours to sort things out. During this time we were told to just 'relax a bit', in a lobby devoid of empty chairs. Had to put down a cash deposit for the room eventually. Overall, the staff was somewhere between indifferent and incompetent (even by local standards). The room itself was nice, except for a seemingly broken drain in the tub (which we did not use, however). The bathroom was very spacious. Using the hotel's swimming pool incurs a handsome extra fee. We were denied breakfast, although it was specifically part of our booking. I highly recommend going through local booking channels, if you really want to stay here.

Booked there because of advertised nice swimming pool...but was under repair...so were the spas. Booked there also hoping finally for good WiFi...also not working - under repair. Quality of room kept us staying there.

호텔 2012년 신축해서 시설 정말 멋져요 직원들이 영어를 잘 못하고 호텔위치를 중국어로 써서 택시를 타야해요 시설은 아마 깜짝 놀라실 정도에요 가격대비 정말 만족이에요 멋진 호텔이 수영장이나 헬스장 분수대를 관리 안하시는데 좀 아쉽습니다 아침식사는 아주 별로네요 호텔은 아늑합니다 로비에서 국화차 30위엔에 세금 붙는데 맛있어요 호텔 정말 돈 많이 들었어요 꼭 한번 추천합니다

I can only assume the hotel is undergoing renovation work, with absolutely no effort to hide this from guests. Staff were rude and unhelpful, even by chinese standards. The only English word spoken by reception was 'deposit'. The spa was closed. Swimming was forbidden unless you wear a swimming hat and there was an additional charge of 170RMB pp to use the hot spring! This is Kingrand Hot Spring Hotel, why else do they think people choose to stay there? Extra charge for the hot spring is ridiculous. Room was fine, although nothing in the room with any details of the hotel services, restaurant or local amenities.

Beautiful Hotel & Close To All Tourist Hot Spots
This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. If we ever travel to Beijing again we will be staying here. Hotel is located behind an Industrial Beauty Product mall which is a bit of an eye sore however once you are through the hotel gates it is as though the outside world doesn't exist

Nice hotel, but nobody spoke English
The hotel is clean and has a high standard. The biggest problem was that none of the staff could speak English. That was quite frustrating. I had ordered train tickets for the fast train to be delivered to the hotel and to get the staff to understand that was a mission in itself. Another problem was that none of the taxi drivers knew exactly where it was. Some of them had to call the hotel to get directions. The area is ok, close to everything. It's close to Qianmen shopping area. We walked to Temple of Heaven in 20 mins and to Forbidden City it took us 30 mins walking.

OK hotel - nice rooms, but not well kept.
This was a side-trip with colleagues after a business trip. The Kingrand is a nice property, but not maintained as it really should be. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and have all the amenities, but little things like the shower not working properly (spitting water sideways, for example) made the hotel lacking somewhat. The location is good for sightseeing, but it's really in a seedy neighborhood. Not dangerous, just dirty and run down area. The food in the restaurant was lacking. We really only ate breakfast in the restaurant, but it's all-buffet (although eggs are cooked fresh), and little things like "cold milk" not being actually cold (and I thought using warm milk possibly dangerous), and what looked like day-old (dried out) toppings, etc for things like the congee (traditional chinese breakfast porridge) and dim sum (which is served with every meal in China, apparently!) left me wishing for fresh food.

Pleasant surprise.
Not sure what we would be getting for the price paid which was $100 USD per night. Great value and a very nice hotel with attentive staff. Walkable to shopping and to the Forbidden Cit & Tienanmen Square. Would stay there again for sure.

I'd definitely stay again
Very comfortable, elegant lobby, restaurant, rooms. The food in the restaurant is great, particularly the buffet breakfasts. (both eastern and western selections) Very helpful staff; many are fluent in English. I rated the neighborhood a little less than perfect because it's a little off the beaten path and some cabbies didn't want to drive there (for reasons unbeknownst to me; the area seems quite safe).

The hotel hardware matches that of a 5-star hotel. The room is big, clean and comfortable. However, their service is poor. First, their staff barely understand English. When we check in, we presented the printout confirmation. He looked at the printout for more than 5 min then told us that he could not locate the booking. In the end, it took us more than 15 min to check in. Second, despite having paid our hotel fees, the hotel still requires a deposit payment through credit card. Problem occurred when we check out, which took us more than 20 min. After waiting for 20 min, they told us that they could not void the deposit payment and asked us to leave. We asked them to provide some supporting documents so that we could liase when our bank in case the transaction went through but they were reluctant to do so. In the end, we asked to look for their manager, who just wrote us a note on the back of the credit card slip. Given the amount we pay, we found the hotel value for money. But we found it difficult to communicate with the staff even though we understand and speak Mandarin. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone who does not understand and speak Mandarin.

남방이 안돼서 첫날은 좀 많이 추웠습니다. 둘째날은 요청해서 전기난로 방에서 사용했고 그래서 조금 나아졌는데 전체적으로 좀 서늘했습니다.

Excellent hotel at low price
It was a good hotel with good hardware. Excellent price value. The only problem is location which most cabs have problem getting to. Tip: say zhu Shi kou dong da jie, between Mei Bo hui and tian ding shopping center. There is no other way to reach hotel other than zhu Shi kou dong da jie.

Hotel location is superb! Walking distance from Temple of Heaven and Tiananmen. Only 200 yards from Qianmen Shopping Street, a premium location. Hotel staff was both super friendly and professional. English was a bit of an issue. Only 30% of the staff truly understands it and about 10% is fluent. Room cleanliness was good according to chinese standards. For an american or european citizen, all rooms smells like smoke, therefore you wouldn't consider these "non-smoking". You find this problem everywhere in China. Overall, excellent hotel. Looks and feels like a 5-star.

The Good: Beautiful hotel, with amazing rooms. Very comfortable, modern, classy. Very nice executive lounge, with free coffee The Bad:Very bad location, not known by any taxi driver, and very hard to reach, due to no left turn from main road. Far from anything relevant-Nowhere near centre. Taxi's coulnt read directions on the small hotel business cards, so we gestured to hotel concierge to write address on a big paper. Smoking permitted in executive lounge, -very bad. NO ENGLISH! The waiters didn't know what a spoon was, the reception staff coudlnt help with my query about the expensive tea , and concierge didn't know what i was requesting. Not acceptable for such a high end hotel. Food at the restaurant (Rainforset) very poor and expensive. Dry, overcooked, tastless burger, and cold pizza margerita. Breakfast OK. The Ugly: I dont often bath in the hotels, but this one looked clean so i took a chance. Big mistake. Cleaners dont scrub the bath. Aircon didnt work-room was cold.Moved me 3 times, after which i gave up. General advice Dont order tea anywhere in china, unless you're sure about the pricetag. Beware of tea scam. Google and facebook banned in china Would not stay at Kingrand again due to location and English barrier.

Hotel was excellent stayed 5 nights, got upgrade to studio room , very clean with king size bed. Dined in hotel food was ok especially the hotpot . Location was a bit difficult to find for the taxi driver even though address was written in local language . Very limited concept of english language , which was a bit of a struggle sometimes

Accommodation is exceptionally amazing and clean. Over than half of staff can not speak English at all. Breakfast is somehow disappointing. Taxi drivers had hard time to find this hotel.

Mit meinem Sohn waren wir 4 Tage Gast in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Der günstige Preis von 80 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück war unglaublich gut.

Amazing deal!
This hotel is VERY close to the middle of Beijing. Its hidden in an alley, so its hard to find, but the location is still amazing. Super cheap, room is clean, i called the hotel at 4 am and they brought me water and an internet router free of charge because my rooms wifi reception wasnt good. Only downside is it didnt seem like they speak much english, but i cant say for sure

All good, except the service is not complete. As any other chineses hotel, the service is not up to 5 stars hotel. The bell boy is not readily at the front door to receive the guests to get the luggages. The communication is not very professional.

Bon hotel avec un cadre tres agreable pourtant dans un environnement bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est varié et copieux. L hotel est tres propre, les lieux tres bien tenus et la deco interieur raffinee. Detta verkade vara ett riktigt lyxhotell men jag blev starkt besviken. Inte mycket som stämde överens med beskrivningen. Personalen var dålig på engelska och mycket oerfaren. Alla var inte heller hjälpsamma. Svårt att hitta till hotellet. Flera taxichaufförer ville inte köra oss dit. Inget i minibarer, trots att det fanns en på rummet. Dryck som man beställde på hotellet var ofta slut. Dyr mat. Mycket lyhört från korridoren vilket gjorde det svårt att sova på natten. Annars sköna sängar och fint badrum med badkar. Även om området kring hotellet var tyst var det tråkigt, då det inte fanns något i närheten. Inte gångavstånd till någon sevärdhet. Men taxi är billigt så det fungerade ändå.
