服務態度好！
前檯服務很好，尤其是小霞，會根據你的需求去解決問題。下次出差，ㄧ樣會選擇入住。

交通方便
離地鐵近, 交通算是方便, 樓下就有24小時便利店, 附近也有餐飲店, 不怕餓著, 服務人員的態度都很好, 房間也很乾淨, 住宿三個晚上一直有一隻蒼蠅在飛, 這是比較討厭的事, 再者居然沒有附水, 冰箱及桌面所有的飤料都貼上了標價(水也是), 櫃檯確認, 碓實沒有附水, 這令我有點意外, 電視只有二十多台, 而且畫面是不清楚的(像是天線沒接好), 櫃檯也說是正常的, 幸好我不是來看電視的

預訂己付款, 但沒有被保留房, 感覺不好, 希望可以改善.
我一次訂了四天房, 因行程變更, 第一個晚上無法入住, 第二個晚上也到了半夜近三點才能到飯店, 我有先發了mail 信訊息通佑飯店, 並沒有取消住宿, 到櫃檯報告時居然被告知己滿房, 說我11點未辦入住, 他們就無法保留, 我很訝異我是預付款的, 怎麼可以沒有保留房. 櫃枱才又查了一下才說有人一間房剛退, 房務己下班未整理, 請我稍待一下, 他去整理. 半夜三點, 在櫃枱等侯, 又累又睏感覺並不好.

是这样的，如果您预付了4晚房费我们会将房间无条件为您保留4晚，如果只是担保首晚，房间我们也会按照政策给您保留1晚，我们不能通过评论来判断您是哪个预定的客人，若您有疑问可致电酒店，建议涉及到关键问题还是打电话到前台沟通会更及时有效。非常抱歉给您带来的不便，对于您不好的入住感受我们也深表遗憾，我们也会不断发现我们工作中的不足并予以改善。期待您的下次光临。

Pretty good hotel
Although the room was not big, it was acceptable as its price was not high. Quite tidy and the staff was polite and helpful. However, the air conditioner seemed not working.

Otel merkezi konumda.3 yıldızlı. Bir otele göre gayet güzel. Modern görünümlü. Oda ve yataklar geniş, banyo kullanışlı. Bu bölgede bu fiyata iyi bir otel diyebiliriz .

Very nice room and nice boutique feel to it, but vacuum cleaning of the floor needs to be improved. Too much hair...

Disappointing
It was very difficult to find the hotel. I could not see a sign outside. The reception desk is in the middle of the entrance to a building the houses a medical centre and other businesses. The wifi was poor. I found the room very dark and quite noisy. I did not like having to walk through the shower to use the toilet.
