Not that close to the airport
Admittedly, our plane was late arriving in Beijing in the early hours but the hotel shuttle bus wasn't there as arranged to meet us. We made our own way to the hotel by taxi. Staff at the hotel were helpful and polite. The room was basic and the bed was uncomfortable. The room and the hotel felt a bit rundown as if it had seen better days. The hotel shuttle bus took us back to the airport after our night's stay, free of charge. The journey took about 25 minutes due to morning traffic. We might have been better off renting a room by the hour at the airport but we didn't know this service was available.

horrible experience
i had a terrible time. i had a flight and scheduled pick up time and confirmed in advance. they never ishowed up! i did not have a local number . i had to borrow the phone of a cop at the airport who was playing games on his phone. my power went out in the room. i was asked to switch rooms and then back with my stuff when they fixed my room. the iron wasnt working and blew the light switch.i didnt go to bed after all was said and done till 5am and had to be up by 7am and the whole point was iothe convenience of being close to the airport. i wont recommend it to my enemies and i dont have any. dont do it.

Close to the Airport. Great english speaking english staff. Not the most amazing place in town but great for a quick overnight in Beijing

It served its purpose, don't stay long.
Stayed for 1 night and wouldn't stay there again unless I had to. The bedroom was okay and facilities alright. The location was good (if you just want to be next to the airport). There's no restaurants around really and it was a bit annoying to get to. If you're on a stop-over or need to get to the airport for a c ertain time in the morning, stay there, if not, don't bother.

Ok for a few hours sleep between flights
Don't expect European standards of room furnishings or room service. However, the room was good enough to give me a few hours sleep between flights. Shower and wifi worked fine. On arrival at Terminal 3 a little after midnight, I went to the hotel information desk. They phoned the hotel and I was collected within about 30 minutes. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The hotel provided an hourly shuttle back to the airport in the morning.

This hotel is not a three star level. Gust elevator doesn't work, bathroom looks like 50 year old,and hotel staff even can't answer some simple questions. The airport shuttle drivers taking too much. I am never booking this hotel again.

Frustrating and Uncomfortable
Not as advertised on Expedia. No A/C so airport noise and unhealthy Beijing air with the window open. No hot water for showers morning or night - just tepid. Cigarette smoke came into the room and the lobby was always smokey. The staff was unpleasant and had plenty of excuses, deflecting responsibility for the problems. This is clearly not an International Hotel. They had no interest in achieving international standards.

A Smoking Hotel?
Smelled cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel - I mean everywhere, even in my "non-smoking" room. No toilet paper in the room. When I asked, it took long time to get the papers with a very thin roll - just enough for 2!

Handy for early flights
Very close to airport terminal with good free shuttle to terminal building. Staff on reception very helpful. Good value for money and does the job as transfers from the city can be quite long even early morning.

Never again
I arrived the hotel 2am and I had to return to the beijing airport quite early. When I got to the hotel my reservation was no where to be found. I spent 2 hours speaking to many people in the hotel and then I called hotels.com and they tried to call hotel but hotel kept hanging the phone so hotels.com couldn't help me at all. After 2 hours of struggling they found the email hotels.com had sent and I got my room. after 3 hours of sleep I went to the breakfast since I had purchaced business breakfeast included room. Again everyone was telling me that I dont have breakfast even though it was clearly said there in the papers. Another 30minutes on arguing and I got the breakfeast that I had paid 20€:s. Worst hotel - EVER

Good as I was waiting for taxi for a long time called the hotel and the arranged to pick us up and dropped us back after our night stay

Solo para esperar otro vuelo
EEl hotel esta como a 15 minutos en taxi desde el aeropuerto, las habitaciones son comodas, las camas son duras, pero lo unico que le encontre es que el personal no habla un palabre de ingles, se hace muy dificil comuncarse con ellos.

Free shuttle. Check with airport info. Don't be scammed by taxi posers. Room was adequate. Bed was firm. Great for $60.

旅程が変更となり、急遽北京で1泊することになり、空港の近くのこちらのホテルを予約。しかし、チェックイン時に予約の確認がなかなかできず、手間取った。言葉が通じないがフロント係が必死で対応してくれたのはよかった。ただ、翌日の別のフロント係が無愛想どころか接客業とは思えない態度。二度と泊まることはないだろう。

very good experience overall
this hotel was chosen by expedia as an alternative to the original booking hotel due to inspection issues at the original hotel. it was a good hotel to stay in , fairly close to eh airport, and the hotel shuttle was very convenient and appreciated for getting me to and fro the airport. the room as good, and had all of the things needed for a stay. the only issues i had were a long wait at check in due to the change of hotel, but that was solved after the reception people finally checked with a manager, and because it took so long to check in, i missed the breakfast buffet by 3 minutes and the restaurant workers. insisted that i pay for breakfast at that point. i do not expect the hotel workers or anyone in china, to speak english, and that is something that all international travelers have to contend with.

Nice hotel near main attraction
It was my first time visiting Beijing. I was pleasantly surprised with hotel and their staff. The hotel facilities were very nice and the friendly staff made my stay a pleasant one.

The staff were fine, but this is not a place you would want to stay for any reason except that you need a room reasonably close to the Beijing airport for the night. Everything about it is run down, it smells, the wallpaper and carpet are stained, the entire location and aesthetic are strictly industrial park, etc. It is not funky in a good sense, or the kind of one room shack where you expect dirt floors and it's sort of charming; it passes itself falsely off as being up to American or European standards, and while an effort is made to keep it clean, the place is a depressing wreck. It is certainly affordable, sort of close (15-20 minute taxi ride from airport, although they have a free shuttle from the airport - IF you can find it; I couldn't, although they did drive me back to the airport), but other than that, it is what it is.

空港から近くて便利。設備も一通り整っております。まあ一晩泊まるだけならばOKかなというホテルです。シャワーの排水がもう少しスムーズですと快適さが増すかと思います。受付の案内も親切です。

トランジットでしたが・・・。
今回はトランジットの為に利用しました。家族３人で一室利用でした。寝るだけならお勧めできますが、バスルーム(シャワーのみ）がトイレと一緒の為にシャワーで汗を流したらトイレがびしょびしょになってい、その後トイレを使うにも足元、便器が濡れていて使いが悪かったです。ここのホテルは日本語がダメなので注意して下さい。外国人が泊っていたので英語はＯＫかもしれません。

Geat Hotel to wait out the storm.
First, I have to mention how helpful the Information booth in the Beijing airport was - fantastic!! They called the Hotel shuttle for me and I was escorted to the van! The Hotel itself is a good place to sleep if you have a connecting flight the following morning. The breakfast was adequate, the staff very polite and friendly. Not a lot of English spoke in this area and not much to see outside - this is the industrial part of Beijing.
