Beijing - Hangzhou Canal Tours

Jinglai hotel located right beside the Nanjing East road, with many local food and shops nearby. Very easy access to the metro as well. We stayed in Shanghai for 3 nights, I greatly appreciated the washer and dryer on site for all of our travel laundries. The front desk people are all so lovely and helpful! They always greet you with beautiful smiles and willing to help out with all your questions. I would highly recommend this place :)!

All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

If you’re booking this place for an amazing room with an amazing view and a bath tub by the window you will not be disappointed. If you are booking this for the pool area, don’t get your hopes up, it feels more like a public bath house than a luxury hotel pool, similar feel with the spa. The overall hotel and rooms are nice, I just felt like they needed a deep clean and a bit of TLC, grouting etc. light switches and AC seemed to have a mind of their own and didn’t always respond to pressing the light switches. I loved staying here, but that’s my constructive criticism. It misses a few of those tick boxes that take it upto being a world class hotel. More of an Instagram hotel that looks great for the pictures
