"Great location. Only 15min walk from the city. Perfect for solo travellers who prefer to be away from the hustle and busyness of family/ common areas. Stunning view from balcony and nice walkways along the esplanade. Room was clean, bed was comfy and the pillows were the best I've had in any accom anywhere I've travelled. My room had a door into the next room & this meant it was noisy when kids were staying next door. The food was a bit on the pricey side for what it was. But overall I enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly & helpful and I would recommend this to family and friends"
"We stayed for one night and it was a nice sized room with a small balcony. My husband pointed out that the TV was rather small and there were stains on the sheets and the furniture upholstery. We didn’t use any of the amenities, but we could see the pool from our hall and it looked very refreshing. The best part of the hotel is that it was walking distance to the Great Barrier Reef tours. Overall, I would stay there again, but it was just average and I would look for another place near that location before rebooking this hotel at the price we paid."
"Clean room and nice bathroom. The resort itself is beautiful and has a lot of covered walking paths to get from the lobby to the rooms, pools, and restaurants, helpful when it rains on and off a lot in Cairns. Breakfast buffet was really good, wish it was built into the price though. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, particularly one night with very noisy neighbours at 2:30am. Security came by right away to tell them off. Loved our experience here at the resort. Only downside is the location, a bit far from the main part of Cairns so we Ubered a lot but the price of the accommodation definitely made up for money spent Ubering"
