"Huge mixup with our room/reservation. Super frustrating. Do not trust their AI text “concierge”. No one at the hotel manages it and it has a life of its own. Hotel is being remodeled which we didn’t know about. Made the stay noisy and felt less than ideal since restaurant is being remodeled. Phones didn’t work in the room. “Kitchen” amenities were non existent. I honestly don’t know how this place had such a great rating."

The lampshade was melted the shutters in the bathroom were broken, the bath towels were tiny and thin, the bedding was terrible, the floors were sticky. Now let’s move on to the noise level! You will not be resting while staying here! It was like sleeping on the actual highway! There was a pair of homeless teens smoking in parking area of the hotel! The rating on this hotel was very high, you will be highly disappointed if you choose to stay here! You might be better off to spend the night in your car! Will absolutely never stay here again! "
