「Our stay was okay overall and suited our purpose, especially as it was not expensive. The room was very basic, but it had clean towels, a clean bathroom, and the bed was clean when we arrived. However, there were some hairs left in the bathtub, which was not very pleasant to see and could have been cleaned more carefully. When we first entered the room, it was quite cold, but after turning on the electric heater it became comfortable. Fortunately, it was not a particularly cold night. In...

「Room was clean and tidy. Could have done with more pillows but that was a personal preference and could have been addressed if I had asked for more so no reflection on the hotel. Breakfast was good, hot and plenty of choice. Items were replenished quickly and staff very efficient. Only complaint would be that there was not always someone at the welcome desk when assistance was required but when there was someone they were very helpful.」

Breakfast food fresh and high standard ingredients aligned to the hotel brand. Given the price point a cooked breakfast option should be included not additional. I would recommend and stay again in a back located room if possibke.」
