"Staff and stay are always amazing "

"Hotel was quiet, I was in the West Wing - newer part of hotel. The common areas were great, clean, new, felt upscale. The Room itself was mediocre for the nightly rate. Door to room was faulty, walls are quite thin. Roller shades stopped about 60% of the way, so couldn't enjoy the view. View of the back of the original hotel & concrete mechanical space was OK. Interior of Room was clean, the bathrooms were updated. Definitely not worth the price tag in the off season."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, I found it to be even better. The cleanliness and overall organization were excellent and really stood out. The spray park was a very special and fun feature for my two daughters—they absolutely loved it! Breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers."

Our room definitely needed a renovation, The bathtub and toilet were in poor condition (grout, porcelain, etc) Towels by the pool were non-existant and when asked they did not bring any out for 45 minutes.
