I stayed here for one night so I didn't have that far to drive to Le Shuttle. The hotel is just off the main road, so very convenient. There are a few great restaurants just across the road. The breakfast was also very good...one of the best I have had in France.

Établissement à recommander.
réservé pour une nuit afin de récupérer un véhicule, nous avons été obligé de poursuivre notre séjour pour deux nuits. L'accueil, la disponibilité, le professionnalisme et le sourire sont d'actualité. L'ensemble du personnel est à féliciter. L'équipe de la réception est au top.

Small thin mattress so uncomfortable bed. Pre fab bathroom unit that felt like a port-o-potty. Crumbs left in room. Easy parking and helpful staff, but I did not care for the room.

Shower drain was backed up soon water filled the basin and ran on the floor. Toilet was not flushing well and required 3-4 flushes.

L'Hôtel, le service et le personnel impeccable. Jai une interrogation que Lhotel affiche un tarif visible à l'entrée de 105 € et que moi sur Hotels.com malgre mon statut que mon tarif soit de 111€?

This hotel is convenient and it maintains the Ibis standards. However the room smelled musty and perhaps was closed during the pandemic. Everything thing else was as expected.

Staff was very friendly, professional and spoke English which helps a lot. Design of hotel is nice and modern, TV had many interesting channels which it should be on all hotels, so client will always return.

Concernant votre remarque sur la carafe d'eau, sachez que les restaurateurs ne sont pas obligés d'en apporter de manière systématique. It was nice to have a little patio out front for a drink. Staff were very nice - could not ask for better. Lots of free parking on-site. Good access to Hwy for visiting friends in the area.

I was very disappointed to find out that the shuttle to the airport doesn't exist. according to their ad on hotels.com you could pay four euros and sign up for it in advance. but when I went to sign up for it in advance, it doesn't exist. That was the whole reason I picked this hotel in the 1st place because I needed to get to the airport quickly and without fuss early in the morning. They informed me there was a public bus, not trying to do that at 6am when i dont speak the language.

Thank you for this message. The information given on the site mentioning that it was possible to book was wrong. However, there is a public shuttle, dependent on the city of Beauvais and not on our hotel, which runs to the airport at 3 times each morning. We regret that this detail could have compromised your organization, and have done the necessary with the site so that this problem does not occur again.
