The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

I had rented 2 rooms on the 28th of March. Rooms 105 and 106. I took photos of the condition of room 105. Stains on the walls, bathroom ceiling had stains. Toilet roll holder was missing. Dead bugs were visible in the light. The only positive remark about the room the sheets were clean. Room 106 was filthly. Some one wiped the mirror and Flat screen with dirty water. Unknown stains on the walls and ceiling. My guests refused to stay in the room. I went back to the clerk and told him about my concerns. The clerk gave me keys to room 110. I went into the room and the lights didn't work. My guests left the property and went to the Hampton across the street. They had to pay $246 for the night. I told the clerk that I was only paying for one room and the my guests left. In the morning the clerk gave me a receipt for room 105. I asked the clerk if he charged just the one room, he said yes. Surprise, three days later 2 charges for $71.00 showed up on my credit card for 2 rooms. I've been attempting to get the charge off my card. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Parking was easy Lights in the room did not work. Bathroom light did work Tv was ok The furniture was old and beat up, no chair or table, the floor could have used a mop and broom. Tiny bar a soap. No coffee maker. Mattress was nice except it made loud noises when we moved. The fridge worked. We did not try the microwave.

Hotel was terrible, mold everywhere, smoke stains threwout. Walked in and left less then a hour later it was so bad. Would recommend anywhere but here. Stayed at 200+ hotels and by far the worst.

We had never stayed at a Knights Inn before so we thought we give this inn a chance before the other nearby brands. We had spiders and long term webs on inside bedroom window, ripped chairs, ac was blowing black ashes unto bed, dusty refrigerator cabinet, sink clogs, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, broken bathroom door, and ceiling was a metal outdoor rusted a mold looking cover. Positive- the ac works well. Dry disappointed.

I was looking for an inexpensive room for one night. In looking for a room, I looked at the pictures and not the reviews. The pictures must have been from the opening of the motel. When we arrived, we should have left right away. We got our room. And it was it was horrible. It looked dingy and worn. The bathtub was dirty and the shower curtain had dirt and mold. The shower curtain rod was propped on the shower wall. The refrigerator was working. And the door was rusty. I walked across the room in my bare feet and when I looked at them. The bottom of my feet were black. The door of the bathroom was falling off the hinges and would not fully close. The furniture looked worn like something out of a second hand shop.The only good thing was the bed slept well. The people above us had a fussy child and you could hear the tantrum. I know it's picky but when you want to sleep, you don't want to be disturbed. I would advise anyone to avoid this place. And Expedia should be ashamed to promote this motel.
