Perfect Ratio Quality/Cost

Location from city center is not ideal, the hotel’s appearance is not appealing and also not in a very touristic area. That being said, as I was looking for something cheap, just to sleep I was really happy with the ratio quality/cost. The breakfast was also very diversified, with some products and freshly pressed orange juice. Overall the best experience for this price. Thank you Campanile for offering such rates.

Ok

We had a next generation room. The shower was ok but you had to get in the bath to have a shower. We stayed in Tours Campanile and this was a walk in shower and thought as a next gen they would be all the same....there not. But apart from this it was a good hotel.

⸻ Un hôtel à revoir sur bien des points À notre arrivée, mauvaise surprise : la chambre n’était pas faite, le lit était défait et une tasse sale traînait sur le bureau. L’extérieur de l’hôtel est visiblement vieillissant, avec une peinture qui cloque et un aspect général peu engageant. L’intérieur est tout aussi décevant : aucune décoration, des tons gris et froids, une ambiance impersonnelle. La salle de bain, dans le même état d’esprit, manquait d’entretien : savon quasiment vide dans la douche et évacuation bouchée ou défectueuse. La salle du petit déjeuner fait penser à un réfectoire : grandes tables alignées sans séparation, ce qui ne permet aucune intimité. En revanche, le petit déjeuner en lui-même est tout à fait correct. Un point positif à noter : le personnel. Une jeune femme très professionnelle s’est immédiatement démenée pour nous préparer une chambre le plus rapidement possible. Sa gentillesse et son efficacité sont à souligner. En résumé, un établissement qui nécessite de sérieuses rénovations et un meilleur suivi de l’entretien, mais qui peut compter sur un personnel impliqué

Sejour convenable ,il faudrait toutefois rafraîchir les chambres peinture déco...et peut-être avoir une barrière limitant l'accès au parking la nuit ...bon acceuil de la réceptionniste et du service hôtellerie.... Lors de la réservation peut-être avoir la possibilité de choisir sa chambre ...étage, face au parking ....proche de la réception ou du restaurant....
