Room was very clean and well presented. Pool was lovely. Air Con was good. Reception staff could be a bit abrupt. Overall a lovely six nights spent in the hotel and enjoyed one dinner.

Avoid the breakfast

The hotel is typical french shabby... but its ok, its tidy and functional enough to forgive and the pool is the best thing about the place.... but for the love of all things... avoid the breakfast or resturant like the verbal plague! Machine coffee from a machine half empty and looks like its never been cleaned... stale bakery products is not worth €10!! There are plenty of cafes and bars in town... do yourself a favor and walk down to the canal instead

Good air conditioning and bed clean bright room no safe or fridge. Cold breakfast, no restaurant only a set 2 choice menu available by evening time. I think reheated dishes not as expected and spoils à nice hotel. Personel very helpful but sadly the tours are the centre of interest naturally. I was very disappointed by my 80th birthday dinner.

Une bonne adresse

Propreté de la salle de bain et de la chambre irréprochable. Un personnel très agréable. Magnifique piscine. Petit bémol sur la climatisation un peu bruyante et la chambre un peu petite mais suffisant pour 1 nuit ou 2.

Un lieu peu en adéquation avec l'annonce

Dans l'ensemble, l'accueil qui m'a été offert était largement correct, en revanche, la manière dont le personnel d'accueil s'est adressé à la femme de ménage ne l'était pas et cela m'a particulièrement dérangé. De plus, je trouve que la présentation de l'hôtel sur Hôtel.com est un peu mensongère puisque la chambre que j'ai eu (double standard) ne ressemblait pas du tout à ce que l'on peut voir sur les images de présentation de ce type de chambre. L'espace dans la chambre était très restreint et devait faire dans les 9-10m2. Avec un lit double en son centre cela laisse très peu d'espace pour circuler. Même discours du côté de la salle de bain qui était minuscule aussi. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre était propre en surface (literie, toilettes, douche, sol) mais sale d'un point de vu plus général (traces sur les murs, rouge à lèvres sur les interrupteurs, brosse à toilettes très sale, quelques oublis de passage de l'aspirateur dans certains coins de chambre..). Les services de restauration du soir et du matin étaient très correct en revanche. Ce n'est pas le service de ménage que je vise dans ce commentaire mais plutôt le décalage qu'il y a entre la présentation sur le site qui donne un côté "luxueux" à l'hôtel et la réalité.

Personnel très agréable. Propreté limite des taches sur les draps ils etaient laves mais des taches n’étaient pas parties au lavage. Cheveux derrière les toilettes et plein de poussières sous le lit. Repas au restaurant très bon mais peu d’accompagnement. Une pièce de viande 2 tranches de carottes et une cuillère à soupe de purée. Mon fils de 10 ans avait faim après son repas portion adulte. Grande piscine mais entretien limite.
