Tide and clean room with excellent location

The only point I would think of improvement is the luggage storage service. The hotel that for leaving the luggage is very far from the city centre. Not very convenient. But otherwise, it’s very good.

Big Fail - Horrid Stay

Difficult Check-In: There are two staff /housekeeping checking people in. They are gone by 2pm. If no one answers when you ring the bell, you have to check in a hotel that’s like 30 mins walk away, or get a RT on a cab (not reimbursed). Even before 2pm, no one answers the door. We rang the bell for 15 mins before calling the hotel, who managed to get someone to open the door. Very limited amenities: Kitchen supplies for 2, no kettle or cutting board. There is one soap dispenser in the bathroom. No other soap, shampoo or conditioner, dishwashing soap provided. (we asked). Very limited housekeeping services: • Daily, maid services fluff the pillows and put the comforter on the bed. New sheets are left on the bed each day. Pillows are gross -- some had no covers. • No vacuuming, there is dust around. Don’t rent here if you have allergies. • No cleaning the cigarette butts thrown from upstairs to our patio. • Dishes in the sink are not washed by maid service. There is no dishwashing liquid or a dishwasher, so it is impractical to use the kitchen. Dirty dishes just stack up. • One day, we didn't leave the apartment, so the maids decided not to clean our room. Just offered us fresh towels. Air-conditioning was broken in late June. The manager was on vacation and maids couldn't do anything. We had to open windows and got bitten by bugs. This place was advertised with AC and maid service in Expedia, but Expedia would not help.

Great Stay

Very friendly staff, easy check in, spacious clean apartments, central location, make this a perfect place to stay in Brussels. I've stayed here on my last three visits. I highly recommend Beau Sejour.

Appartement très proche du centre de bon standing

Très bonne expérience sauf Accueil nul : à 18 heures , porte close au 162 Bd Anspach BRUXELLES Aucune réponse à la sonnette ,ni au n° de téléphone (quasi illisible ) indiqué à côté de la sonnette alors que l' on m'avait assuré que quelqu'un serait sur place jusqu'à 22 h....... J'ai du appeler la centrale E bookers et me déplacer à 500m de là pour chercher les codes d'accès à l'hotel de France A part cela L'appartement est tres agréable côté rue

Das Appartement war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage einfach perfekt für einen Städtetripp. Wir hatten allerdings einige Probleme an das Appartement zu kommen, da die Strasse an der es lag fast vollständig gesperrt war.

localisation top appartement confortable

Je viens toujours ici, surtout pour la localisation en hypercentre. Pas grand chose a redire sinon peut-être qu'il persiste une odeur d'humidité/égout surtout forte aux bas étages donc demandez un étage élevé ou apportez votre désodorisant si vous êtes sensibles a ça ; sinon C'est propre et confortable. Ah pensez aussi a prendre du sopalin ce n'est pas fourni et ca peut manquer !

Une seule armoire (homme debout ) pour 3 personnes...pas d'accueil sur place..il fallait appeler pour avoir les clés.. nous avons payé la taxe lendemain à une personne qui a tapé à notre porte mais sans reçu...sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé...propre les serviettes sont changées quotidiennement..je recommande

Albergo vicino alla stazione della metro, anche se volendo si può arrivare al centro a piedi, noi l'abbiamo sempre fatto. Quello a noi riservato è stato molto spazioso tenendo conto che lo avremmo usato una sola notte.Probabilmente per un soggiorno più lungo è possibile attrezzare anche la cucina per la colazione. Aveva la curiosità di avere il water in una stanza e la doccia in un altra.

チェックインには電話が必要

口コミにもありましたが、チェックインに手間取りました。アパートメントの前に着き、指示通りに電話をかけても出ず、留守電を残しても折り返しもなかったです。カフェでお茶をして、30分後にかけなおしてやっと出たと思ったら、10分経ったらかけ直すとのことでしたが、折り返しはなかったです。たまたま掃除のお姉さんが私達を見つけてくれたので、入れましたが居なかったらどうなってたでしょう。部屋自体はとても広く清潔で、掃除も毎日入り、タオルの交換もあるので、満足です。立地もグランプラスから徒歩5分くらいで観光にも便利ですが、チェックインのこともあるので、現地で電話できる方にしかおすすめできません。

Do not expect an easy check in! This was stressful....I did not meet anyone to check me in even though I emailed to let them know what time I would arrive. I told them I would not have a phone. Sure enoigh I arrived on time and no one there. A permanent message said to call a number. No Phone!, I had to search for a person to phone for me. A woman did it for me...got the codes from the mysterious person on the phone. She pressed them and got me in the main door and pressed another code for the lockbox with apartment keys. I saw or heard none of these codes. She left! I had to knock on another apt door to ask for the code to the front door. This was stressful and I would never stay again. I never met the owner at all. A girl arrived at her own time the next day to get my payment of course....she was lucky I was there or she would have not found me around at all....and I could have been just as illusive as the owner in fact. wonder if he would have like that.

The rooms were huge BuT basic

Decent place. The apartment was spacious. Location great. But basic. Shower falling off wall had to be hand held. Rug in bedroom stained. No ironing board. Have to all when arrive for pass codes.
