Only weakness was a very badly supervised and managed pool area with staff congregating in the indoor bar area ignoring customers by the pool sometimes for over an hour. Happened everyday for 8 days so a persistent problem. "

I felt that the rooms needed a good refurbishment. Dirty carpets and walls. I was disappointed as this was supposed to be a luxury stay. we had to move rooms and there were mattress issues and leaking air conditioner. I did feed this back to management. "
