「I was not inconvenienced by booking 2 separate reservations and I did not need to move. I am VIP at Expedia. So one reservation, I didn’t get a room upgrade. One reservation, I did get a room upgrade. Best of all worlds would have been to Received all room upgrades plus No need to move from the best room. So that would have meant a 2 step upgrade on the second reservation. Also, it was not highlighted that I would receive a 20% discount on spa services. All staff should have known this...

「房间硬件设施不像想象的豪华，房间临近沙滩有些潮，但能接受！酒店整体环境不错，游泳池超大，ici冰淇淋超好吃！餐厅和活动项目较多，有较多的食物适合中国口味，价格在结账时有较大优惠。沙滩不是想象中的细腻，酒店海上免费项目不少，但船屋经理对中国人要求严格，很多项目受限。有一键直达的中文服务很贴心！」
