"Drove from UK to Switzerland on a road trip... Great Hotel, with a beautiful view if you book the lake view room. Beautiful area where it is in Beatenberg... the staff very lovely and polite. Especially reception desk Valentina, very polite and lovely conversation. And also Gelson who was polite and always smiling and ready to help.. Will be returning next year too"
