"We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. It’s surprising this hotel has a 3-star...

"It was a nice experience staying for a night. I was travelling solo to Manali that day. The things I loved about the property - heated bed/bedsheet, 24/7 hot water, easy parking, very friendly host and fast 150mbps internet, gorgeous mountain view from balcony. Highly recommended to travellers. "

"Stay in Tranquil Inn was very good fr our family, we all enjoyed the stay with good view and good service. Hotel food and breakfast was excellent, cook Mahendra and Sandeep were able to serve food with our taste and requirement. All staff was very polite and respectful."
