「We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. 「The property was clean and the front staff amazing! My complaint was with housekeeping. They came knocking early in the morning when we were still sleeping. They never came back all 3 days. I was shocked for 3 days no cleaning or replenishing toilet paper, trash pick up, etc.」

「We thought the room must have been beautiful in it’s day. The exterior is in need of paint, leaf blowing & general maintenance. The door mat was very worn, window shade broken, desk area had not been wiped down from the guest before us. The bathroom sink took forever to drain, which does not feel sanitary, especially when trying to brush one’s teeth. The bed was comfortable, linens were good.
