「AC stopped in the middle of the night. Had to get up and restart it. The cable TV did not work. The desk clerk came up to our room but was unable to get the TV online and working, so we had no TV the one night we were there. The room had a strong odor of commercial cleaning agents, and my the window would not open for ventilation. 」

「The property is a little run down, the bathroom light was very dim and the fan noise was extremely excessive. The room a/c & heater was also very loud…enough to wake you up at night. The black out curtains are not wide enough for the window so a lot of light came in around the curtains. There was ample parking and it was clean. 」

「The hotel is in a good location and the back area and pool are very nice. Rooms need updating, better lighting as they are dark and an overall refresh. It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast on different days. Staff was nice.」
