「When we arrived, the number given to us in the PDF file rang to a machine that said they were busy and we could leave a message. So we did that expecting a call right away. Nope, we waited a while and a couple of other guests arrived and we asked them how they had gotten the key to their room and they gave us a number to call. When I asked how they got the number, the woman said that her sister gave it to her. We never got a call back after leaving a message on the first number, so I don't know...
