"The sofa bed was nasty and I couldn’t use it. The pool water is very cloudy and the pool filter was not running. The hot tub is broken and had caution tape around it. The breakfast is the only good thing on this stay."

"Room was ok except condenser of refrigerator was noisy when activated. Thought the gentleman at the front desk was indifferent to us and less than helpful to another customer who eventually left for another hotel. Seemed as though he was unwilling to resolve a simple problem. "

"Raj was very helpful when I was looking for a fork at 11 pm. Refrigerator in the room was not working although it was plugged in. "
