「Had a great stay. Location amazing, being a short walk from the centre of Canterbury, as was the breakfast, the room and the hosts . Cannot fault it . Would stay again. 」

「it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). 」

「It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. All in all a good stay - thank you Bat & ball Xx」

「We spend a good time in this hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Bath water smoothy. They also serve good breakfast。We arrived after ten at night and the front desk waited us patiently.Just 10 minutes walking to the old town.Free parking is a surplus.The restaurant in town they recommended is tasteful. Recommend to all. 」

「I have stayed in the garden suite of The Black Horse Inn for two weeks from the end of October to the first week of November. First impression of the bed and breakfast was a very warm and welcoming staff. The room itself was excellent and exceeded my expectations by miles, very clean room with just about every item for one's stay to be more than comfortable. Sadly I never had the chance of enoughing breakfast at the Black Horse Inn as I woke up relatively late, and do be warned that the service...

「The property was not the standard I expect of Expedia. The heating was on a schedule such that at night the temperature in the house was around 6 degrees giving me a backache until I asked the owner to keep the temperature at a constant 23 degrees. There no toiletries provided till I asked the owner to provide them. There was only one bowl for porridge until I asked for more of the owner. It seems that Expedia did not ensure proper quality assessment with the owner. When I book through...
