「Loved having a balcony. The room was clean but no AC. It was difficult to check in. The webpage said check in till 10;00 pm. We were there at 7:30 p.m and couldn't find anyone to check us in our room. Tried to call the number listed but it was for the empty front desk. Was unable to call the emergency number. Att inte ha tillgång till kranvatten bara för att kunna sälja dyra dricker till middag är inte acceptabelt. Långa köer till kaffet är också ett minus. 「Great location with parking. However, the resort is a little bit outdated. There’s no gym. Lots of mosquitoes. Pool is very cold. Breakfast buffets the same every day. Wi-Fi in the room is very poor. The one at the breakfast buffet is good otherwise very poor WiFi. 」
