「職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。」

「Very good lake view, and very comfortable room Transportation is needed for reaching the hotel, otherwise will be a 20mins walk from Montreux train station. I was walking there, but the name of the hotel in "Hotel.com" is different from its real name! Which made me almost 20 mins to find it. Very good for the hotel to provide me a free transportation tickets, which allows me travel around by bus.」

「Its a very traditional, older chalet and amenities are in line with older style places. The staff were faultless, helpful, courteous and tolerant of our coming and going. Its a hike to get there but the free railway, if you have the time, saves on cab fares. Food is fresh and its very popular for dinner with everyone in town and the views are terrific.. Thanks especially to Tebo for looking after us but they were all great. 」
