"I have stayed at Alta Hotel multiple occasions and they have never let me down. Always plenty of space in the rooms, excellent A/C, good friendly staff, outstanding pool, nice clean rooms, and plenty of parking for guests with cars. Will be staying again!!"

"Very family and elderly friendly however bed had termites or some kind of pest that were falling on my mom. So much so a room switch had to happen."

"Clean room, staff most likely will greet acknowledge your presence, several outdoor pools plus a waterpark, dining buffet is a must. Been there twice and will return. Laundry service also available. Pit falls were the shower would leak over the tub, dishes /beer bottles left at pool side from the day before."

"Overall, a decent experience, was charged 300pnp, due to a very small amount of blood on their comforter, the pool was not ready one day until after 8am, caused a delay in my swimming time, the room was equipped with stove, but can’t use unless you rent for at least a month. Room had conditioner, but was wall mount and not split unit. The restaurant was good and the food reasonably priced. To summarize, charging a guest for small amount of blood on a comforter is just simply buckle and dining guest for things easily cleanable, although it’s part of thier “policy” you sign. Simply put, I can’t recommend this hotel because they follow policy when it comes to your wallet but not properly cleaning the pool in a timely manner for its guest by 8:00am. The hotel should remember to pick and choose its battles. I come to the Philippines 4-5 times a year and can say charging for minor things leads to a loss in customers, loss of business, and motivates customers to write less than great reviews based upon experiences. The deposit the hotel charges upon arrival is 1000.00pnp"

"As the 1st Scottish person to grace their hotel(apparently) they were understanding of my excitedness and generally chat and accommodating. Shout out to Marie the receptionist who was lovely. Their dogs will want your food, but you've not to feed them. Pool was good has a diving board as well. The bed was decent and fit its purpose, shower was okay , toilet good and AC excellent. The food was lovely, very tasteful and reasonablu priced. For the price, and location to Cebu Airport I recommend this hotel for a few nights."
