「The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early. Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable...

「We planned to stay here for two nights, with our young children, but almost immediately things became uncomfortable. We had a check-in time of 4 and arrived at 4:05. We were told our room was still being cleaned and it would be around an hour before the room was ready. We went to the park across the street, and no more than 20 minutes were called back saying the room was ready. 「The rooms were clean but they had a very bad smell you can smell it as soon as you open your door. So.e of the young ladies in house keeping wasn't nice at all. Check in was great an check out was great the same you young lady. The front desk people were beauty nice.」
