「It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...」

「La struttura è rinnovata con belle piscinema assenza di mare e spiaggia. Scomodo come posizione, su una collina con strade strette e poco accessibili, assenza di parcheggio. Personale efficiente ma non particolarmente simpatico e disponibile, tranne per la reception dove sono molto gentili. Cibo e ristorazione assolutamente da migliorare.」

「Eine tolle Unterkunft,sauber,freundlich,man hat seine Ruhe. Der eigene Strand leider nicht sehr einladend und noch Luft nach oben. Große Steine im Wasser machen es nicht einfach zum Baden,aber es ist eben Natur. Ein Steg würde da schon helfen.」

「Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Allem vorweg: 5 Sterne sind ein etwas hoch angesetzt, aber definitiv ein sehr schönes Hotel. Frühstück ist nett, ein Buffet. Sehr auf britische Verhältnisse angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf's Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Vor allem wenn man einen Balkon hat, profitiert man hier sehr. Wir hatten etwas Probleme mit der harten Matratze, sind aber einfach von unserer eigenen verwöhnt vermute ich. Die Badezimmertür hat bei uns...

「Amazing hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The owners are very kind, friendly and service minded people. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Chanioti that’s very close to the beach and it takes only a few minutes by foot to go to the center of the town. 」

「The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation in order to have that 5-star rating! Nowhere in the description of the hotel you can find that the hotel does NOT posses a sandy beach with umbrellas!! Instead you use shadows of the olive trees, which might sound good but it does not give a feeling of being on the seaside at all!」

「Konumu olarak çok güzel bir oteldi,temizlik ve rahatlık konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık.」

「Çok sakin. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir yer. Havuzlar ortak ama kimse kullanmıyor herkes deniz tercih ediyor. Bu nedenle özel havuz gibi kullandım. Bir çok plaja araba ile 15 dk mesafede. 」

「Everything was great with exception of weather last couple of days but who can control that. As a result of whether they closed the pool, probably cause it was raining and to avoid people slipping into it. Kids activities were also stopped as a result of the rain but otherwise when it was sunny it was great! So many activities for kids of all ages and adults incl. football pitch, basketball court, beach Volley court and tennis court. Can’t say we had mosquito issues as many comments suggested....

「Except the internet, which was weak and not stable, everything else was perfect. Clean rooms, cleaning done daily. Minibus to beach and to pefkohori for free. 」
