Don't stay there.

Awful! Not very clean, felt like we were in an attic. Won't go there again. Price was outrageous. It was a business stay that was unexpected, and the only place we could find a room.

Close to beach!

We did not end up staying at Island Guest House due to some miscommunication with the owner. However, I am familiar with the location and the home and it is a beautiful place to stay and close to the beach and shops in Beach Haven.

A stay I will remember for sure!

My stay with the island guest house was outstanding. As I arrived the staff greeted me with kindness and offered to help me carry my luggage to my room with care! The rooms were very clean and tidy! Breakfast was amazing. Joanne, Mark, , Victoria and staff were all very friendly and helpful with making my stay a pleasant one. They treat you like your apart of the family which is something I enjoyed. The bikes provided were a nice addition to my stay and I was able to get around town without a car to get to close by restaurants and other entertainment venues like the waterpark, and the golf course. Also the beach chairs, body boards provided, and water bottles (with refill water coolers around the inn) were a plus. The walk to the beach was less than a 5 minute walk there. Overall if your looking for a nice hotel nearby that’s budget friendly, clean and tidy, nearby restaurants/entertainment. and something pet friendly, I highly recommend the Island Guest House!

We were newly weds and stayed with our large dog, and the owner, and his staff(family) could not have been more friendly, genuine and overall very professional. An adorable BnB that reminds me a lot of a Vermont but with more of the bells and whistles, meaning the breakfast was over the top, with available outdoor showers to hose off after the beach, with a cozy breakfast area, body boards, with beach chairs and bikes available to use for no extra charge. And everything was walking distance!! We will be back for sure. Great job! -Mr and Mrs. L.

What a find in the island. Amongst all the islands shiplap it's tough to know if you're looking at a Pizzeria, a Surfshop or a Home. I stumbled upon this in a search based on location and what a find. I went up strictly on business. Sole traveler and what I found was this was a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Ample sitting areas. Very quiet. Great food, endless coffee..endless. Then all topped off by a very nice staff and caring owners. Super clean. It is a historic home so if you are looking for posh or boojie, this is not that. If you are looking for a quaint, home away from home, authentic North East coastal. This is that place. It had a desk with ample light, and a chair so I could work in the room, but its not really that type of place. My job was 3 blocks away so this was perfect for specific needs. I'll visit again for a casual couples trip. Pet friendly, but I saw none.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly! The breakfasts were fresh and amazing every morning and the rooms were clean. Definitely would recommend this place to couples, people traveling alone, and even families.

This cozy B&B was perfect for our quick weekend away. Two blocks from the beach and in the heart of LBI, we loved every moment here. We checked in and the owner was so kind and friendly. The house smelled like fresh baked goods all weekend! It was such a joy and we cant wait to come back!

We loved our stay! Joanne, Mark and Victoria were very hospitable. The food was great and plentiful. They are very accommodating. They have complimentary bikes for you to use and beach chairs as well! We had great day on the beach and even on our checkout day they made sure we were able to shower and shake our sand off even after our checkout time. We love it here and will be back !

Lovely historic B and B 2 blocks from the beach. The owners are welcoming and friendly. Beach chairs and badges are provided for the beach. The side garden is a pleasant place to eat a delicious breakfast. Lots of homemade goodies. But be aware that some rooms do not have private baths. Lots of restaurants near by including homemade ice cream shop.

The best thing about this place is the location . It is close to the beach as well as many restaurants. My room was very small, dated: breakfast was just ok. Would probably not stag there again.
