"В отеле было холодно. Очень не уютно. При въезде в номер не было ничего… кофе, чая. Не было ванных принадлежностей, тапочек и халатов. Уборки не было, потом как выяснилось, мы сами должны были попросить убрать и заменить полотенца. В номере было холодно, мы сами настраивали систему для обогрева. Диван в комнате продавлен и сидеть на нем невозможно. Завтрак был хуже, чем завтрак в городе на террасе. Я считаю, что соотношение цена качество совершенно не соответствуют. Мы за 2 ночи заплатили 400$ и ничего не получили за это, ни сервиса, ни уюта, ни качества. "
