「Apartment owner was very helpful with check in and information and posted items left behind. Location was good. Pool, hot tub and sauna are great with good views. Good kitchen facilities and washer. Wasnt 100% clear on booking that this wasn't a hotel but more like an Air B and B arrangement. 」

「Keys process terrible. Pick up point is a long way from the apartment, too far to walk. Keys were not there on arrival. Customer service then directed us to the wrong spot for keys. An hour delay to get into the room. Missed a key part of the event we were going to. Not good enough for the Hugh cost of this room. 」

「There was some difficulty finding the property and when found there was another car taking up two car spots causing a problem. This car was still taking up two spots even when we left so the owner was not informed. After some time we found the main office and were given the keys. All good helpful people in the office.」
