"I found a creepy spider in my bed, my first night, I could sleep college students or teenagers were staying in my floor, screening, drinking or doing drugs, I don’t know, fighting so loud, when I was scared to go outside. In the am found trash everywhere, leftovers on the floor, around and inside the elevator, and I took pictures. I complain to the front desk, and was told that they couldn’t help me because I made reservations with a third party. and Expedia needed to call. Thank god I was only in town for Lady Gaga concert, then I went home."

"The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels. Also the sink the water would go down super slow. "

"The room smelt awful, everything was old and run down, bed was old shaky. Not suitable for visitors from out of town. Lots of creepy looking people were staying there. Left a day early for safety reasons.. asked for a refund but wasn’t given one."

"There's a trend in hotels to over-tech everything. Aloft was very guilty of this. The elevators were ridiculous and in the room either all the lights were on or all the lights were off. It's stupid. Especially the elevator. Annoying."
