"Very nice hotel in a good location near the Central station. Had a great little bar and breakfast in the morning was very good. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The Walk to the Old Town is about a mile and a half or a short tram ride. There are many transportation options right out the front door of the hotel. Great stay on our visit to Munich"

However, many aspects could be improved. First of all, it's tiny. Which would not be problem, because that was implied before booking. But the toilet and separate shower room are seemingly in a low-ceiling-container that was placed inside the high-ceiling bedroom. "Good location. 30 mins walk from centre. 5 mins to ubahn. Supermarket, bars, cafes 5 mins walk. Fantastic accomodation. Free flavoured water, fruit, games for kids a lively touch. Would highly recommend. "
