Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. Room was very clean. Just what we needed. Staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. One member of the restaurant staff was particularly kind and friendly.
