「The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! Overall, I would highly recommend this to my friends and family 10/10! 」

「The property was just okay but it was comfortable and sufficient. The area is very private. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was excellent, 5 star for every dish. Myself and 3 children really enjoyed staying there for 5 nights. 」

「服务基本等于没有吧，搞得我一分小费都不想给。如果不挂“请打扫房间”的牌子，是不会有人来打扫房间的，浴巾也不会更换。最逗的是最后结账的时候发现前台多收了一份早餐费用，还理直气壮的说是我朋友离岛那天吃的，当时我朋友已经离开，我也没法核实，后来问我朋友，他说离岛那天根本没吃早餐。房间还算可以吧，不算大，但是也够住了。热水一般，水流时大时小。地理位置比较安静，走去sabang也就10分钟。餐厅饭菜分量很大，炒米粉好吃，但是炒贵刁很难吃。」

「Great time, extremely friendly hospitable staff! The place itself is maybe for younger guests, loving partying and various musical pleasures. Just seconds from the beach itself, and a whole bouquet of different restaurants with excellent food. Luxurious access to guided snorkeling tours, etc. Bring mosquito repellants with you - these insects could bite around sunset and an hour or so after, if you would want to be on the porch. Fantastic place, great owners!」

「What a fantastic hotel situated right on the beach away from busy Sabang. This place is the pick if you want to relax and chill out by the pool or lay in a hammock surrounded by palm trees right on the beach front. Can’t recommend this enough.」

「Really nice hotel. The room was the premier Flint B, which had a comfortable queen bed and bunk beds for children. The terrace had a nice view of the bay. The only drawback was the steep stairs, but the bellhop carried up and down the bags. The hotel staff was very friendly, and everyone learned your name and it felt non-forced and like you knew them for a long time. I would suggest a drink at the bar in the evening with Ton Ton the bartender. I also thought the breakfast was excellent and...

「We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice! It was absolutely terrible with all the construction noises and dust! The whole Sabang area seemed somewhat seedy with small alleys and access to hotel is via some back alley and many steps. Not advisable for family stay!」

「A great hotel away from the night life of the beach. Friendly staff but not the best hotel. Cleanliness definitely isn’t a top priority here. I stayed for 3 nights and had the same sheets and 1 small blanket for two people. The water would not work half the time, thankfully they did provide a bucket and ladle. You’re required to give the receptionist the key, which I thought would be for cleaning purposes, thus after the first 2 nights my guest and I learned there would be no cleaning at...
