「Deborah the host was so friendly and welcoming and made our stay really pleasant with freshly prepared breakfast daily. Would highly recommend this B&B but you do need a car to get around. 」

「We had a lovely stay at Harbor Cottage. On the harbor just off the ferry exit. Communication was great & we accessed the cottage easily. Everything was clean & comfy. Even had Sky TV which can be rare. Kitchen had most everything you could need. Only issue was the slats on both beds kept falling. 」

「Cozy, comfortable and clean hotel, very handy for Ferry and Stromness. Bar downstairs and excellent breakfast. 」

「We only really saw staff at the hotel when we checked in and out. Otherwise it seemed relatively unattended. Noise from the pub carried upstairs into our room. The hotel has no lift, which I understand, but I sorted my search by places with lifts and it still came up. My friend has problems with stairs, so it was kind of inconvenient. Overall am OK stay, but next time I would stay in Kirkwall.」
