「This is crack central. Dangerous for alone travelers. I was afraid in the parking lot. Avoid this place like the plague. When I checked in I saw the condition of the office and I knew how the room would be. I asked for refund and was told Expedia would contact the owners for a refund. Of course they were unable to reach them. That tells me they know how bad it is. Pass this place up.」

「The room was small and musty. Repairs to walls in the bathroom not finished. No air conditioning in the fitness room - and the peloton display wasn’t working. Also, no water cups or towels in the fitness room. Parking wasn’t available so we had to go down the street. Not up to Hilton standards at all.」

「Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was a perfect way to start each morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. 「From the moment we walked in, to an empty reception, and empty bar area we were not impressed. after several minutes, an unsmiling, unwelcoming receptionist came out of the side office and instead of coming over to us, stood at the opposite end of the reception and asked if she could help, with no apology and no welcome, then said "I am over here" ! 「We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!」

「Breakfast items were tasty and fresh but something besides sweets would have been nice, such as yogurt, eggs, and nuts. Our room was small but has a bench, desk, full mirror. The bed was comfy but very squeaky. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Parking was $50 a night which was nuts. Plenty of garages in the area that would allow you to park for a fraction of that. Excellent location. Quiet and safe with tons of shops and cafes in walking distance. 」
