「The owner was so accommodating a great family place」

「I would not stay here again. Shampoo was used! Could not even have a new bottle to make it look like they tried. The room was filthy when we arrived. There were hairs throughout the room, bugs in the bed, and rat droppings on the bed. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable. No guest should have to worry about sleeping in a bed that appears to have been exposed to rodents. For the amount they charge, I expected a clean, safe room, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had....

「This place is dirty and old, way too overpriced for this. Some windows didn’t close, one fridge didn’t work, stains on covers, bedding, and pillows. The guy working there was nice and helpful though. But I wouldn’t recommend it here, this was a last minute decision and I wish I would’ve done a little research into the place.」

「I had a wonderful stay at the Shore Point. It was very clean, the staff was amazing and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Great breakfast place, Ma's, was right across the street. Best to get there early to beat the crowds. I'd definitely stay at the Shore Point again.」

「UnFortunately, we unable to attend breakfast due to our schedule but a takeout option or earlier time frame would’ve been nice however they did provide scones if you were unable to attend breakfast. House was very quiet and clean. Loved the treats provided at night. Overall great stay.」

「Awesome property staffed by great people. Pool was beautiful and the business center came in handy at just the right time. I was in two different rooms during my stay and each was immaculate--special shout out to the meticulous housekeeping staff. The breakfast buffet was always clean and well stocked and the food was very good. Amanda at the front desk was so nice and very accommodating. I am truly grateful I choose to stay here and wish all hotels were this good!」

「Loved my room. It was so beautiful and so clean, we had a balcony. I really likw the afternoon tea and cookies or brownies. It is a nice way to break up the day. It is nice having beach chsirs, towels and bikes to use. The staff was nice. I love the victorian look of the place」
