「The reception staffs are very nice. The location is easy to walk to the old town centre around 15mins. The room is very clean and the heater works very well. Well recommended. 」

「There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." 「Great little boutique hotel by the river. Walking distance to the cable car to the mountains and town. Really small bathroom but it’s typically of a European hotel room」

「The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. Sorry for writing this,but it is what it was! 」
